Due to further and ongoing demand, we are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager in the South of the country to join our growing team. You will work across multiple clients, across a diverse range of projects and equipment. Key Job Responsibilities
1. Effective communication between ASEL Integrated Security Solutions, Customers, Project Management Team, and Head of Installations.
2. End to end Project leadership and management, managing every step of the project.
3. Carry out site installations in line with specifications and plans.
4. Able to manage budgets.
5. Identify and solve potential project risks to keep to the scheduled timeline.
6. Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
7. Build and nurture relationships with clients, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring open communication throughout each projects lifecycle.
8. Assist with technical queries from Engineers.
9. Ensure team working practices are always maintained to a high standard.
10. Support company policy and best practice in the area of security, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information.
11. Implement and act in accordance with the organizations information security policies.
12. Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.
13. Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the organization.
Knowledge and Skills Requirement
To be considered for this role, you must possess a sound understanding and strong background in security installations, from design through to completion, with experience of CCTV, Intruder, and Access Control including Lenel or Genetec. ASEL will ensure that you are fully trained in the latest relevant safe working practices and training will be provided on different systems should you need it.
Our Ideal Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years’ project management experience across multiple disciplines including Intruder, CCTV, and Access Control.
* Customer-focused.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* PC literate.
* Team player.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work within a continually changing environment.
* Network/IP based product experience.
* Full knowledge of Galaxy Panels/Max Readers.
