Our client is a large national firm who have one of the UK's largest Commercial Property teams, known for their extensive sector expertise and ability to handle transactions of any size or complexity.
Recognised as a top-tier firm by Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, our client works for a diverse client base that includes prominent brands, developers, investors, retailers, housebuilders, and social housing providers. They now have a rare opening for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team in the Taunton office.
The team and indeed firm are in growth mode and have made a number of key hires recently, so now is an exciting time to join them as they continue to go from strength to strength.
The successful Commercial Property Lawyer can expect to work on a full range of commercial property matters from initial planning to asset management and sale, and will be working on both national and international projects.
Our client is seeking a motivated Solicitor or Associate with at least 1-year PQE who is ambitious and driven, seeking to work on the broad range of commercial property matters that the team handles. Junior lawyers are not limited to one area and can expect exposure to a variety of work from the outset.
