Plus generous benefits including: 45 days annual leave per year pro rata (including bank holidays and efficiency closures) Generous Occupational Pension Scheme About the role/person This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, customer-focused Organisational Development Administrator to provide efficient administrative support across all professional development activities, training events, and staff health and wellbeing initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and promotion of our training and development programs and provides an opportunity to play a key role in promoting a culture of continuous improvement and wellbeing at the College. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for professional development activities, including training events, leadership programs, and health and wellbeing initiatives. Manage training requests, coordinate bookings for training sessions, and arrange travel and accommodation for staff as required. Work across a number of systems to maintain accurate records of training and certification, track compliance with mandatory training, promote activity and prepare data for reports. Support reward and recognition schemes, assisting in the coordination of events and awards. Contribute to enhancing service delivery by identifying improvements in administration processes. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Experience in administration, preferably within a training or events context. Excellent people skills; the role is very customer facing and you should thrive on meeting customer needs, communicating effectively and working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes. Problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome obstacles to meet deadlines and achieve outcomes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and adept at learning new systems. Creative flair in presenting information and producing visually appealing materials. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with a keen eye for detail. GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent qualifications are required; a Level 3 qualification in Administration or related field is desirable. The typical working hours for this role are Monday-Thursday 08.30-17.00 and Friday 08.30-16.30. We are happy to discuss flexible working, including hybrid working. Why Join Us?
