Who We Are
Community Health Partnerships (CHP) is wholly owned by the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care and a key member of the NHS Family. Set up in 2001, we work to improve community-based health and wellbeing services by providing and managing high quality NHS estate.
Through our LIFT (Local Improvement Finance Trust) programme, 350 local health care buildings were designed, built and funded and are currently operated, with CHP acting as Head Tenant in most.
We have a head office in Manchester and regional offices in Birmingham and London and support a hybrid working model wherever possible in line with the needs of the business. Job Overview
The post holder will play a vital role in the Company’s Digital, Data and Technology (DD&T) Team, specifically coordinating the successful implementation of the OpenSpace roll-out Project. The role reports directly into the OpenSpace Implementation Manager role who will be leading the project management of this critical project.
Key Responsibilities
* Update and maintain project plans and activity trackers
* Attend project meetings and take actions and create agendas
* Help to create and monitor the governance framework for project delivery
* Assist with project reporting and communications
* Develop strong working relationships with key project stakeholders to facilitate efficient working
* Ensure project resources are effectively allocated, with clear roles and responsibilities outlined
* Monitor and manage the project shared mailbox
Additional Responsibilities
The OpenSpace Project Co-ordinator will also be responsible for ensuring the project schedule, milestones, and actions of the Project are well organized and consistently updated through the company's PM software.
As required, the Project Coordinator will communicate with various departments to keep all internal and external stakeholders informed about Project updates.
In addition, the Project Coordinator will be required to work closely with the Implementation Manager and escalate issues as they arise.
Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate will have experience working in a structured Project Management function, ideally within Transformation and/or Property Projects.
