The Growth Company is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to provide advice and guidance to Managers across our business units on complex employee relations matters. As the Senior HR Advisor, you will work with our HR Business Partners and the wider Management team to develop and implement a range of HR interventions aligned with the business objectives and the overall HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing a tailored HR service to the designated business area, supporting the delivery of bespoke people plans and the implementation of the HR Strategy.
2. Devise and lead on bespoke HR projects aligned with the business objectives.
3. Develop and utilise the HR metrics, monitoring trends and proposing appropriate HR interventions.
4. Support organisational development activities enabling managers to effectively deal with people management and employee relations issues.
5. Guiding, supporting and mentoring the HR Advisors to maximise potential.
6. Build working relationships with managers at all levels across the business by providing professional, timely and effective HR solutions in line with the needs of the business.
7. Support the HR Business Partners and managers and lead business change projects.
8. Providing ongoing coaching and development for line managers (either on a 1:1 basis or through delivering group training sessions) on key management practices including performance and capability issues, conflict and dispute situations, and absence management.
9. Ensuring appropriate HR records are kept and producing reports as required.

Skills Required:
1. CIPD Qualified (Chartered/Graduate membership) or working towards.
2. Minimum of three years recent broad HR generalist experience, at a Senior Advisor level.
3. Experience of designing and leading organisational development and/or business change projects.
4. Educated to degree level (or equivalent relevant professional experience).
5. Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
