As our Area Manager for Wales and South West UK, and Country Manager for the entire UK, you’ll have the chance to represent DEERHUNTER, an internationally recognized brand in the hunting and outdoor industry, while playing a key role in driving our success in one of our most important markets.
This is a unique opportunity to make your mark by managing the UK market, shaping and supporting a team of area managers, and building strong, lasting customer relationships. You’ll lead strategic initiatives to grow sales and strengthen DEERHUNTER’s position in the hunting industry, all while sharing your passion for hunting and
the outdoors.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As Area & Country Manager, your main tasks will include:
• Supporting and managing area managers to meet their sales targets and maintain high performance standards.
• Developing and implementing strategies to grow sales and expand our presence in the UK market.
• Building strong customer relationships through a natural, personable approach that puts people at ease and fosters trust.
• Analyzing market trends and contributing to marketing efforts and brand positioning.
• Representing DEERHUNTER at trade shows, events, and customer meetings
• Ensuring clear communication and collaboration between the UK market and DEERHUNTER’s global headquarters in Denmark.
• Traveling across the UK to meet customers, oversee activities, and attend events.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will bring the following to the table:
• A structured and detail-oriented approach to work, with a commercial mindset.
• Proven experience in sales and management, with the ability to work independently and grow into a leadership role for a larger team.
• A warm, approachable, and relationship-focused personality – someone who is naturally skilled at connecting with people.
• Familiarity with the hunting and outdoor industry is a big plus and bonus if you’re a hunter yourself.
• Knowledge of the textile industry is an advantage but not required.
• Solid experience in working with digital sales tools and a forward – thinking mindset.
• Residency in the UK and a valid driver’s license, as regular travel across the UK will be required.
• A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for driving results.
