We are very excited to be recruiting a PA to support a team of senior leaders for a professional company based in Brierley Hill.
Our PA team provides an excellent level of support to senior staff in our business to help them maximize the amount of time they need to support their clients. Our PAs work closely with our secretaries who provide a comprehensive level of support to our senior staff across all departments.
The main duties will be:
1. Comprehensive and proactive diary and travel management, anticipating future demands of senior management.
2. Organising and planning meetings, including coordinating agendas and papers for internal and external meetings, booking travel, and arranging for the necessary equipment and refreshments.
3. Liaising with our Document Solutions Assistants to delegate administrative tasks, tracking progress through to completion.
4. Managing workflow of typing, making appropriate use of the secretarial team.
5. Acting as a liaison point for clients and colleagues, dealing with and screening calls to deliver a positive client experience.
6. Assisting with client queries during fee earner absences, monitoring mailboxes, and forwarding emails as appropriate.
7. Mentoring new Office Assistants, Secretaries, or other new PAs when they join the business.
8. Ensuring that any new Secretaries are trained in your area of expertise to enable them to offer the best service to you and your team.
9. Ensuring that cover for holiday and non-working days in the PA team is handled within the group accordingly.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills, using initiative, anticipating what is needed, and taking appropriate action.
5. Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
6. Conscientious, approachable, and enthusiastic.
7. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word.
8. Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required.
