We have a Director of Learning within the trust who will support curriculum development and assessment; subject leadership and developing the quality of teaching and learning within your staff team. The Board of Trustees and Local Governing Body are looking to appoint a highly effective and dedicated professional to lead St Michael’s as Head of School from April 2025.
St Michael’s is a high performing, popular primary school with motivated pupils, a talented staff teams and committed governors. This post represents a really exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to develop their leadership skills within a very strong and supportive network within The Keys Academy Trust. Working closely with the Executive Head Teacher, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and day to day running of the school in line with the school and Trust visions. You will have experience of Senior Leadership and be looking for the next step in your career, with the support and guidance of an experienced Executive Head Teacher.
