In this dynamic role, you’ll drive the team to exceed company targets by ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, maintaining high service levels, and following company policies. You’ll lead the Sales Operations Team, constantly improving workflows, streamlining processes, and identifying growth opportunities—without compromising service. You’ll tackle pre-live customer and broker inquiries, including commission issues, ensuring quick resolutions and top-notch satisfaction with the team Your leadership will extend to overseeing the seamless processing of new customer contracts, managing rejections, cancellations, TPI auditing, and compliance, while ensuring we meet service level agreements through optimal resource allocation. What skills/experience do I need to be successful? Proven strong, focused team leader skills; Experienced an environment with delivering results accurately and within agreed SLAs; Good understanding of gathering and analysing data, to successfully propose change; Can provide supportive/motivational feedback; Ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
