Hours – 35 hours per week – at TMFP we have a hybrid approach to working to increase flexibility of where we work.
Training will be carried out in the office, but once the training period is complete there will be the option to work from home on a hybrid basis.
We welcome applications from candidates who may not be able to commit to full time hours but would be suitable for the role.

What’s the job?
Working within the Service Delivery team, the primary function of the role will be working with the Adviser to take clients through the financial planning journey, and to support your team with the administration required to provide clients with a high standard ongoing financial planning experience.
As a Client Services Manager you will ideally:
* Have 2 years’ experience within the financial services industry
* Have 2 years’ experience within a customer focussed role
* Have excellent customer service and communication skills
* Have excellent IT skills and proficient in using Microsoft Office
* Be a team player but also be able to work independently and be confident in using your initiative
* Be confident, highly organised and able to implement a proactive approach to your work
* Display resilience and be able to work towards tight deadlines and changing priorities
* Be willing to learn new skills to develop within the team and help others
* Have a high level of attention to detail
How will your day look?
Working with the Adviser to deliver on service/advice promises identified as part of the client’s financial planning needs.
* Organising workloads, using Paraplanner and Client Review Co-Ordinator resource as needed.
* Proactively managing client relationships ensuring they are kept informed of any actions.
* Drafting of suitability reports such as fund switches and top ups.
* Completing Existing Plan Research forms.
* Timely and accurate delivery of advice via all platforms and products employed by TMFP.
* Executing fund switches, top ups, income payments and withdrawals.
* Keeping the Adviser informed and flagging any issues in delivering the advice and client queries.
* Ensuring the delivery of all annual reporting information to the client, including portfolio reports.
* Inter-plan transfers.
* Keeping up to date compliant files via our CRM system.
* Answering telephone calls and handling appropriately.
