What You’ll Do:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, autism)
* Assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities
* Implement strategies to support literacy, numeracy, and social skills
* Encourage self-confidence and personal development in students
* Collaborate with staff to ensure students receive necessary support
What We’re Looking For:
* 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant subject (e.g., Psychology, Education, Sociology)
* Passion for working with SEN students
* Strong communication skills
* Experience in SEN or education is preferred, but not required
* Patience, empathy, and adaptability
* Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
* Strong problem-solving skills to support students' unique needs
