HR Advisor
Role Details:
* Permanent role
* £35,000 salary
* Hinckley based, fully on-site (no hybrid option)
* Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
* Ideal start date: 31st March 2025
Client Details:
We are looking for an HR Advisor to work in a fast-paced environment, offering employer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of various complex ER issues from start to finish, including document reviews.
* Build excellent client relationships to ensure understanding of client requirements and achieve their objectives.
* Provide a range of options for clients to select from, including best practice/legally compliant solutions, ensuring any risk to the business is effectively communicated.
* Provide legally compliant employment law and ER advice, tailoring advice to give best practice and commercially focused options.
Profile:
* Proven HR Advisory experience.
* CIPD qualified.
* Knowledge of employment law and legislation.
* Full employee relations knowledge, including complex cases.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Able to maintain efficient and focused client relationships.
* Able to work at pace and compete with conflicting priorities.
