About the Role:
Support students who struggle to regulate their emotions and display challenging behaviour
Assist with learning activities in a safe and structured environment
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to promote students' emotional well-being
Help students develop coping strategies and life skills
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ A strong, resilient, and patient approach to behaviour management
✔️ Experience in mental health, SEN, psychology, youth work, or social care (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
