This is a Company that is really growing and is currently seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to be part of their ongoing success. The industry is really exciting, and the Company is keen to train and develop the right candidate.
Some of your duties will include:
* Managing the Trade area and greeting visitors and clients to the Company and announcing their arrival.
* Answering incoming telephone calls and either transferring callers or dealing with routine client enquiries.
* Maintaining stock records and updating information held when needed by recording all stock movement.
* Processing sales order requirements ensuring required paperwork and documentation is in place.
* Liaising with logistical suppliers in order to co-ordinate the movement of stock.
* Tracking orders from instigation point through to successful completion.
