As an experienced or non-experienced carer, you will be required to engage with our clients and give them outstanding care.
There will be many different daily tasks that you will support our clients with, which can include personal hygiene care, meal preparation and serving, medication assistance, light cleaning and laundry duties, night care, respite care, engaging in social calls, providing emotional support, and activities/outings.
You will support our clients and accompany them to medical appointments and assist with transportation when required.
You will be required to monitor and report any changes in our clients' condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals, including completing paperwork and gathering information to upload to online systems.
Companionship is very important to our clients, and they look for a trustworthy, happy, kind, and caring person who has empathy and can multitask throughout the day.
We offer comprehensive in-house training and support for new and existing care staff. We can accommodate your personal circumstances to enable you to join us while maintaining a work-life balance.
We require staff who have a driving licence, own a car, and the right to work in the UK. However, if you are passionate and want to start a career in care with us, we will support you with travelling to and from work.
We cover the Swindon and Wiltshire areas, as well as Southampton and London City.
Job Type: Permanent, Temporary, Full-time & Part-time available.
Salary: From £11.44 per hour (uplift on certain shifts)
Work Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Weekend availability
* Night calls (10pm-7am)
* 8hr, 9hr, 10hr & 12hr shifts available
Minimum Requirements:
Driving Licence (required).
