We are looking for someone who has the drive and passion to help take this desk to the next level. The role will involve:
360 Recruitment – an ability to handle the recruitment process from start to finish ensuring customer service is at the forefront at every stage of the process
Recruiting, matching, selling and placing candidates to new and existing clients
Pro-active and reactive Sales and Business Development
Account management
Advertising
Resourcing
Visiting clients
Creating long term candidate loyalty
Meeting monthly targets
