My client is recruiting for an Office Administrator to join them on a permanent basis as soon as possible. The company has been in business for over 25 years.
The ideal candidate will be a strong administrator with some customer service and accounts experience.
Key tasks:
1. Manage the inbound accounts mailbox
2. Forward invoices for approval
3. Processing authorised payments
4. Handle petty cash receipts
5. Payment runs
6. Booking out deliveries to customers
7. Order processing
8. Reception cover
9. Chasing customers for payment
Skills & experience:
* Excellent verbal & written skills
* Good organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise & manage own workload
* Team player
* Proficiency in MS Office, Word & Excel
