Who We’re Looking For:
A superstar HR Officer who loves a challenge, thrives in a busy environment, and genuinely cares about helping people. You’ll be a proactive self-starter who can handle a variety of tasks with ease – from recruitment to keeping things organised and running like clockwork. If you're organised, tech-savvy, and love a bit of variety in your day, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Recruitment Rockstar: Collaborate with our General Manager and department heads to make sure the recruitment process is smooth and efficient, from posting job ads to guiding new hires through the process.
Onboarding Extraordinaire: Make sure every new team member feels welcome and supported as they join our family at Rutland Hall.
Admin Magic: Keep our employee records in tip-top shape while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to GDPR. Accuracy and attention to detail are your superpowers!
HR Projects: Contribute to awesome initiatives that improve employee engagement, well-being, and growth.
Support & Coordination: Assist with various administrative tasks, from coordinating meetings to preparing reports, keeping everything organised and running smoothly.
Ongoing Learning: Help keep our team’s skills sharp by managing Continuing Professional Learning (CPL) initiatives – because growth never stops!
Communication Hub: Be the go-to person for HR-related questions, offering support and solutions to employees and leadership alike.
What You Bring to the Table:
✔️ A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR administration – you’ve been around the block and know how things run!
✔️ Stellar organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro.
✔️ A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems – you know your way around a spreadsheet!
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you’re the go-to person for clear, helpful info.
✔️ A solid understanding of employment laws and regulations – you're in the know!
✔️ Discretion and confidentiality are key, and you're always professional.
✔️ You’re proactive, collaborative, and ready to dive into all things HR.
