Salary: £50,000 + up to £10,000 in Performance Bonuses

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead our children’s residential home in Stockport, providing therapeutic care to young people with EBD needs. Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the home’s operations and ensuring it provides high-quality, therapeutic care to young people. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading with Vision & Purpose: Manage the home with a focus on therapeutic care, ensuring we meet and exceed Ofsted standards at every turn.
* Empowering Your Team: Inspire, mentor, and develop your team, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to deliver exceptional care consistently.
* Championing the Wellbeing of Young People: Oversee individualised care and behaviour plans, fostering a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where young people can thrive.
* Driving Quality Assurance: Maintain and build on the home’s “Good” Ofsted rating by driving continuous improvement and exceeding care standards.

What We’re Looking For
* Experience: A proven track record in children’s residential care, particularly in supporting young people with EBD.
* Leadership Aspirations: A passionate, resilient Registered or Deputy Manager with the drive to make a lasting impact and progress in your career.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the Children’s Home Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards 2015 is highly beneficial.
* Qualifications: A minimum of Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
