Nest's team’s creative and technical approach is redefining what’s possible for online brands- particularly those who are well-known challenger brands who are ambitious and looking to scale to new heights. As part of their strategy, not only are they targeting key UK businesses, but also disruptive D2C brands from the U.S. who want to maximise their reach in EMEA.

The Role:
* Reporting into James Mullard (Growth Lead) and supporting Luke Jonas (Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer), and the sales team (who are set to double in size in January) – you will be running coordinated campaigns across email (HubSpot), LinkedIn, Events as well as more targeted campaigns to attract new audiences. You will also support promotional campaigns for Nest's highly well-regarded quarterly report The Readout.
* Overall, the team run super sophisticated data and narrative led campaigns that are very coordinated across multiple channels. They also collaborate very closely with the sales team (James is always listening on their calls to shape ideas) – so a commercial and collaborative mindset is a must.
* You will be targeting a mixture of US and UK based prospects- the U.S. is crucial to Nest’s strategy, so this is an excellent opportunity for exposure
Day to Day:
* Campaign Management: Manage the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, including writing marketing collateral.
* Social Media: Manage LinkedIn staff profiles, including writing and editing posts.
* Outbound: Use Apollo.io for email and LinkedIn outbound campaigns. Training will be provided but understanding how LinkedIn drives demand in B2B is important.
* Business Development: Manage list building and targeting for our US growth strategy, targeting key events and regions.
* CRM: Manage commercial team CRM (Hubspot), including segmenting our database, responsible for database hygiene and health, setting up and maintaining workflows.
* Vendor Management: Collaborate with freelance designers and writers, ensuring consistent quality across assets.
* Commercial Reporting: Report on delivery and results vs plan on a weekly basis to the Growth Lead and wider Commercial team.
* Marketing Support: Support on other marketing channels, like email, when required.
You:
* We are looking for an individual with 3-4 years+ B2B marketing experience, preferably within SaaS or a B2B agency environment
* You will have significant experience across different areas of B2B marketing, with experience that spans both outbound and inbound channels - and strong channel knowledge of LinkedIn. An aesthetic quality and attention to detail is important. You will also to be able to write persuasively and understand narrative, although writing will be more focussed on marketing collateral than long-form content. You will have strong time management, problem solving, and campaign management skills, as well as listening skills. You will be able to work autonomously whilst also collaborating with the rest of the team as well as the rest of the agency.
