As a Transactional Support Assistant, youll play a key role in providing secretarial support to the Corporate & Commercial, Employment, and Banking teams. What youll do Typing and amending client correspondence and legal documents to a high standard Proofreading all documents for accuracy and formatting Preparing and completing Companies House Forms, Share Certificates, and other key documents Saving and managing documents in the Document Management System (DMS) Producing high-quality PowerPoint presentations. Assisting with index preparation and completion of both paper and electronic bibles Managing solicitors' inboxes and providing administrative support as needed Offering cover for other assistants within the Corporate & Commercial and Banking teams What youll need Previous experience in Corporate & Commercial or Banking sectors is highly desirable Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and BigHand Digital Dictation Experience with tools like Deltaview/Workshare Compare is an advantage Flexible and proactive with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident working with people at all levels What youll receive Competitive salary Generous holiday entitlement (increasing with service) Workplace pension scheme and life assurance Hybrid working (after an initial six-month office-based period) Whats Next?
