An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Care Home Manager to work in an exceptional service in the Lincoln area (LS1). You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers. You will be responsible for the delivery of quality care - continually assessing our resident's needs and wishes and developing the service to enhance quality of life. As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include: • Promote an enabling environment, ensuring high standards of professional practice, whilst ensuring compliance with external regulatory standards are met at all times • Be required to deputise in the absence of the manager • Provide specific management, support, advice and motivation to the staff team to ensure that the people who use are services are supported to be as independent as possible and achieve their goals. We are looking for people to join us to help achieve our aim of delivering a fantastic person-centred support service • Need to have experience of working with people within a care environment, You will also have upheld a supervisory role within a similar environment. Minimum Requirements: NVQ or QCF Level 3 Health and Social or working towards. Deputy Manager or extensive experience as a senior or team leader Desirable Personal Attributes Excellent ability to build lasting relationships Ability to act sensitively and confidentially Excellent time management and organisational skills, and ability to work on own initiative is essential.
