Role Overview:
The Head of eCommerce Trading will be responsible for managing the commercial performance of the e-commerce platform, optimising the user experience, and implementing effective merchandising and promotional strategies to drive revenue growth. This individual will work closely with marketing, content, operations, and development teams to enhance the customer journey and maximise conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities in the position of Head of E-commerce Trading:
Oversee the P&L for the e-commerce store, ensuring that revenue and margin targets are met through effective performance tracking and KPI management.
Provide regular sales and performance forecasts and report findings to senior management.
Analyse website performance, sales trends, and key metrics including conversion rates, AOV, traffic, to identify growth opportunities.
