This position’s main purpose is to work closely with the Director of Marketing and wider marketing team to develop and implement the marketing strategy, act as their deputy where needed and manage the marketing campaigns, initiatives, communications and channels to support in achieving its reputational and recruitment objectives.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Marketing Degree or equivalent.
* CIM / IDM Qualification or substantial relevant experience.
* English GCSE at grade B / 6 or higher.
* Expertise in digital and social media marketing.
* Experience of developing integrated marketing plans, and design.
Key responsibilities:
* Delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns to meet our adult and commercial programmes.
* Leading on planning, developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to achieve targets for key responsibility areas.
* Monitoring, measuring, evaluating and reporting on campaign performance to achieve excellent return on investment.
* Line managing a Graphic Designer, Web & Digital Marketing Executive and Marketing and Event Apprentice to create and maintain a high performing team.
* Develop relevant and appealing content to the intended target audiences.
