Post Title: Process Development Officer
Location: *Highland / Hybrid
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: HC8 £38,474 - £41,714 p.a.
* This post may be worked in a hybrid pattern between home and any Highland Council office. We will take into account staff preferences and service needs.
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To provide accounting support to the Service and to review system and non-system procedures in the accounting service with a view to increasing efficiencies by optimising the use of current and future IT systems.

Requirements
Extensive knowledge and experience of Local Government procedures.
Budgetary control experience
HND in Accounting or equivalent qualification or relevant experience.
