We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the transformation and migration to our new unified communications solution. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, ideal for a professional with a strong background in telecoms infrastructure projects and digital transformation. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of the new platform, ensuring seamless transition, stakeholder engagement and alignment, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. To incentivise success, we offer a completion bonus based on key performance and delivery milestones. While we welcome candidates with strong project management skills, experience in the telecom industry is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end project delivery of our new unified communications transformation.
2. Develop and execute a clear project plan, including timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, Technical PMs and key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
4. Manage project governance, reporting, and communication plans for all levels.
5. Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project objectives are met on time, within budget and to quality expectations.
6. Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during transition and drive user engagement and adoption.
7. Oversee requirements, testing, training, go-live, business handover phases of the project.
8. Provide post-implementation support and documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer.

About you
Essential Experience & Skills
1. Proven experience delivering unified communications projects, ideally in a large-scale corporate environment.
2. Strong background in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
3. Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party suppliers.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Excellent stakeholder engagement, management and communication skills.
Desirable Experience
1. Previous experience in contract-based or fixed-term project roles.
2. Knowledge of Five9 or Exponential-E systems.
3. Experience working with regulatory and compliance frameworks in the telecoms sector.
4. Demonstrable experience of managing change in an FCA regulated environment.
