Job Overview
At MFT we not only listen to our patients and staff, we put their ideas into practice. From bench-marking quality to building organisational capacity, skills development to succession planning, you’ll focus on the delivery of several clinical quality improvement work streams across the organisation. Utilising feedback from patient experience surveys and deploying recognised quality methodologies, you’ll support clinical teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. It’s an opportunity to work alongside senior specialists in quality and patient experience, enhancing your own expertise as you enhance our performance.
Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Matron, Quality Improvement, you will be an experienced Registered Nurse, Midwife or Allied Health Professional, who acts as an improvement champion. You will have good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and you will be able to motivate, coach and support others to work together.
Your role will include supporting quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives which will include but are not limited to support and delivery of the MFT Accreditation programme and Bee Brilliant initiative.
