Key responsibilities include: Managing and producing the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs as well as taking on any ad hoc requests and analysis. Partnering the business to story board its performance. Working with external stakeholders including investors and lenders to build standardised reporting packs as well as responding to queries. The ideal candidate should possess a CIMA, ACA, or ACCA qualification, with experience in a business partnering role involving operational stakeholders outside Finance. While experience in a high-growth software or subscription business is desirable, it is not mandatory. This position is well-suited to a flexible candidate eager to contribute to a dynamic, high-growth business, focused on outcomes and possessing keen attention to detail. They should be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment, actively contribute to idea generation and process improvement initiatives. As a Finance Reporting Analyst in our team, your role will encompass: Responsible for the FP&A month-end, half year and year-end reporting process. Collating financial and other supporting data provided by other finance teams, ensuring data accuracy and consistency for FP&A produced reports. Liaising with other finance teams and understand the source of the information coming into FP&A reports. Responsible for co-ordinating the preparation and finalisation of the monthly CFO review deck and the management information (MI) pack to high quality standards. Owning your outputs and striving for continuous process improvements. Playing a key role in annual budget and 5-year plan. Responding to external investor or lender requests and queries. Supporting the Group FP&A manager with any ad-hoc queries and projects. To provide support with business partnering the Finance and Holdings cost centre.
