Your Role We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager (South) to join our UK team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and distribution, achieving ambitious sales targets, and building strong relationships with key retailers and commercial end users. You will act as a business partner to your accounts, working closely with specialist retailers and the utility sector to maximise brand presence and sales performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong trade partnerships. Build and execute seasonal action plans to grow our brand portfolio and strengthen relationships with key specialist retailers. Develop joint business plans with key partners to achieve strategic objectives, particularly in the utility sector. Drive sustainable distribution growth with wholesale partners. Present and articulate product categories and brand propositions effectively to customers. Create and deliver strategic plans to accounts, focusing on category development, sell-through performance, and end-user engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support. Provide training to retail staff and actively participate in consumer/demo events. If you have a strong background in Forestry, Arboriculture or the Outdoor Industry and are eager to make a real impact in a growing business, this could be the perfect role for you. Key Requirements: Ideally, you will have 3 years of experience in a similar B2B sales role, with a strong track record in account management. Experience within the outdoor sports or PPE industry would be highly advantageous. Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a team. A confident communicator with excellent presentation skills. Able to apply an analytical approach to the sales process, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities, optimise strategies, and drive business growth. A genuine passion for all things Arboriculture and the Outdoors. Proficient in major IT software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and CRM packages Previous experience in the Forestry, Arboriculture, or PPE sector. Willingness to travel nationally and represent the company at sales events and trade shows. Living in the area of the M4 corridor A valid UK driver's licence.
