We are seeking a highly motivated and customer focused Fundraising Coordinator (Supporter Care Coordinator) to join our team on an initial 12 month Fixed Term contract. About the role: The postholder is the first point of contact for our individual supporters, as well as community groups and businesses, and are tasked with ensuring our supporters receive a consistent, positive and memorable experience with Tŷ Hafan. The team strive to inspire loyalty to our charity by supporting with the delivery of our stewardship programme, motivational account management and providing an excellent customer service experience across a wide range of supporters. The post holder will be required to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. About you: You must have good customer service skills to be able to respond to array of supporter and public enquiries. You will have a genuine passion for Tŷ Hafan’s work, speak enthusiastically about what we do and talk with confidence about why supporting our beneficiaries is so important.
