Purpose of the Role
This exciting regional field based opportunity has arisen to join a growing team reporting to the Head of Business Development. You will have responsibility for a panel of members in a geographical area you will be the connection between network service team and insurer relationships. Ensuring a mutually beneficial relationship with Partner markets and to help grow, protect support our members through the provision of an appropriate range of services.
What you will do
This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your line manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following:
* Maintain regular contact with members to engage them in the network and its services, promoting Partner market products and facilitating queries and issues.
* Communicate regularly with the members to ensure they are updated on the Partner market products, services and business deals, including Network changes and service developments
* Help members resolve Partner market queries by acting as their “champion” and main liaison/point of contact.
* Liaise with Partner markets at a local level through meetings/conference calls, acting as a facilitator in respect of members and to identify mutually beneficial business opportunities.
* Enhance existing members (where appropriate) from one membership tier to another.
* Act as an interface between all three parties and organise local events as required.
* Collaborate and liaise with Bravo new sales team to support the acquisition of new brokers joining the network at all levels of the proposition.
* Support Partner Placement through transactional placement opportunities and deals (rollovers/consolidations/schemes) with the Partner markets.
Qualifications and Experience
This is an opportunity for an experienced insurance relationship manager with excellent communications skills across all mediums to all internal and external stakeholders. You will be pro-active in understanding the customer needs and always looking for ways to improve our service. We want you to help and encourage others to learn and develop by being a team player whilst taking a proactive approach to your own development.
We are seeking someone who is keen to drive continuous improvement, can think laterally to be innovative and seek change to implement new ideas, find solutions to issues and make sound business decisions.
This role will require you to be self-motivated, organised, open to new ideas, approachable and can lead by example.
