Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are now looking to recruit an ambitious and detail-driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
The Role:
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support the Senior QS and commercial department in managing the financial and contractual aspects of various scaffolding projects. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
*
Support the valuation of works and preparation of interim applications for payment
*
Help manage project variations and cost control procedures
*
Liaise with clients, site teams, and suppliers to ensure accurate cost reporting
*
Maintain contract documentation and assist in project final accounts
*
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and measure completed work
Requirements:
*
A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (or working towards)
*
Experience in the construction or scaffolding sector is desirable
*
Strong numerical and analytical skills
*
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Eagerness to learn and progress within a supportive team
