Job Summary:
Glu Recruit are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator, supporting our client’s mission to help their clients plan for a comfortable retirement. This role is crucial in providing excellent service to the clients and maintaining efficient administrative processes within their IFA firm
Main responsibilities:
4. Send letters of authority to financial providers
5. Chase providers for required information
6. Keep clients updated on the progress of their cases
7. Issue advice recommendation packs to clients
8. Submit advice and annual review reports via the Intelliflo back office system
9. Provide a high level of customer service and care throughout the client journey
Required Skills and Experience:
10. Proven experience as a Financial Services Administrator within an IFA firm
11. Strong understanding of the IFA process and regulatory requirements
12. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
13. Reasonable knowledge in Microsoft Excel
14. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
15. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
16. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service
Preferred Qualifications:
17. Experience with the Aviva platform
18. Relevant financial services qualification study material and initial exams will be covered by the business to aid career development.
