An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right individual to join the company as an Office Manager. This role is to be responsible for a wide range of accounts and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Duties (include but are not limited to):
1. Bookkeeping
2. Bank reconciliations
3. Processing and submitting payroll
4. Chasing outstanding debtors / credit control
5. Updating financial reports
6. Management of part-time accounts team member
7. Ordering supplies, and paying suppliers efficiently
8. Negotiating with suppliers and other service providers to obtain most suitable, cost-effective services / products are sourced
9. Answering calls from customers and suppliers
