In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical support and service to our clients. You will travel widely to client locations to ensure the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of OneSubsea products and related equipment in compliance with company and customer norms. You will troubleshoot and handle technical issues, install and update equipment, and instruct customers on how to use and maintain our products properly. Responsibilities: Diagnose and address any deficiencies that may hinder installation efficiency. Participate in Extended Factory Acceptance Testing (EFAT); System Integration Testing (SIT) / Site Receipt Testing (SRT) Complete Field Service Orders (FSO) and Competence Checklists before demobilisation. Ensure client reviews and signs relevant checklists. Review equipment procedures and drawings as needed and conduct pre-job inspections (visual and written) according to protocol. Conduct a pre-task safety survey and any necessary toolbox/site discussions with the customer before using the equipment. Organize delivery of test equipment, spares, and surplus equipment back to the plant after decommissioning or rigging. Document non-conformances in the workplace using the Field Performance Reporting (FPR) system. Forward (FPR) during the specified timeframe. Provide onshore and offshore personnel training, coaching, and competency development as needed Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental protocols. Requirements: Previous field service experience in the oil sector or similar industry preferred. Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Ability to travel extensively and work independently Qualification in mechanical/hydraulic and/or electrical trade skills D emonstrated expertise in workplace health, safety, security, and environmental regulations.
