Forward Role are working with an established, lifestyle retail brand who are on the hunt for a new Senior Marketing Insight Analyst who can balance technical expertise with strategic insight and effective communication.

As the Senior Marketing Insight Analyst, you'll take a leading role in analysing campaign and customer data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to drive improvements in customer experience, marketing efficiency, and overall business profitability.

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Analyse and interpret customer data to identify trends and insights – driving customer experience and NPS.
2. Measuring marketing effectiveness, providing insights to optimise marketing spend and ROI.
3. Manage and refine customer models, including segmentation, clustering, regression and predictive analytics.
