HeLM Recruit is delighted to be partnering with a fast moving business who are looking for a detail-oriented Business Administration Officer to join and help drive the success of our go-to-market activities.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nIn this dynamic role, you'll:\n\n * Provide vital administrative support to our Marketing team and broader business operations.\n\n * Coordinate go-to-market campaigns, supplier communications, and shipment logistics.\n\n * Manage procurement and distribution of marketing materials, and oversee online order processing.\n\n * Play a key role in event coordination, reporting, and maintaining accurate marketing records.\n\nWho You Are:\n\nWe’re looking for someone with:\n\n * Proven experience in administration.\n\n * Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.\n\n * Proficiency in Microsoft Office\n\n * An independent worker who collaborates seamlessly with teams.\n\nThis is strictly an office based role; but very easy to get to in the centre of Birmingham.
