Requirements of the Classroom Support Assistant: Previous experience in a classroom setting or transferable skills from similar roles in care, youth work, or mentoring. A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to working with young people. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff. Proficiency in observing and assessing student progress. Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
