The role
This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of the Birmingham facilities team and support in providing 5* outstanding client service.
You will be responsible for delivering a professional customer service on a daily basis to both our internal and external clients.
The role requires interaction with all levels of the business including Partners, which will require excellent communication with the ability to ensure all duties are processed in a professional and efficient manner.
We have recently relocated to an all-electric Grade A, BREEAM accredited building located directly above the A38 tunnel within the Paradise Estate, Birmingham City Centre.

The activities
Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Ensure the business lounge is manned at all times.
* Welcome visitors to the firm in a polite and professional manner. Liaise with fee earners and Executive Support Services to ensure that visitors are escorted to their appointment with the minimum of delay.
* Ensure the business lounge is immaculate and has a professional appearance, including carrying out regular meeting room checks.
* Record particulars of all clients visiting the firm via the building management visitor system and our internal client list.
* Prepare daily client lists for the upcoming week/s.
* Act in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with clients (both internal and external) and always project a positive image of Mills & Reeve.
* Ability to build relationships with our internal and external clients.
* Ensure relevant Mills & Reeve database/records are accurate and up to date on a regular basis.
* Meet deadlines or liaise with the team leader if a deadline is causing difficulty and provide updated time estimate.
* Take responsibility for your own development and follow up proposals for your training and development where appropriate.
