Job Description and Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging P.E. lessons for KS3 and KS4 students
* Supervise extracurricular sports activities and teams
* Ensure the safety and well-being of students during physical activities
* Collaborate with colleagues to promote cross-curricular learning
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* Degree in Physical Education or related field - Desirable
* Experience as sports coach working with students at KS3 and KS4 levels - Essential
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate students
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Why We Are Seeking a Female Sports Coach- This position is for a female Sports Coach to comply with the Equality Act 2010, which allows for Genuine Occupational Requirements (GOR) in specific circumstances. The role involves:
* Teaching and supervising girls-only P.E. classes
* Providing pastoral care and support to female students
* Supervising changing rooms and other facilities where girls may be in a state of undress
