What you will do:
Prepare and cook menu items that delight our guests, following established recipes and standards to ensure every dish is exceptional.
Maintain top-notch food safety and hygiene regulations, because we believe great food starts with a clean kitchen.
Get hands-on with ingredient prep, from washing and chopping to marinating, helping to create flavors that impress.
Keep the kitchen area organized and spotless, ensuring your workstation and equipment are ready for action.
Collaborate and communicate with your fellow kitchen crew, making sure meals are plated and served in perfect timing.
Play an active role in daily kitchen operations, including setting up and breaking down your workspace to pave the way for a smooth service.
What you will bring on the table
Previous experience as a CDP or in a similar role is ideal but not a deal-breakeryour enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter more!
A solid understanding of food safety practices and regulations to keep our kitchen running safely and effectively.
Thrive under pressure? Youll need to shine in our fast-paced environment where efficiency is key.
Attention to detail is a must ; we want every dish to look and taste incredible.
A genuine passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn new techniques to elevate your skills are essential.
Great communication skills? Perfect! Youll be working closely with a talented team, so collaboration is key.
