As part of the Marketing team, you will
own the CRM strategy, ensuring our campaigns are data-driven, personalised,
optimised across multiple channels and automated where possible. Working
closely with our in-house team and agency partners you will utilise our
platforms to develop and execute customer lifecycle programmes that drive
engagement, retention, and revenue.

The Role
You will develop and enhance our CRM strategy, ensuring
every stage of the customer lifecycle is optimised for long-term growth. You’ll
monitor key performance metrics, analyse campaign data, and provide insights to
improve engagement and conversion rates with a strong focus on driving ROI and
revenue. Working with our agency partners, you’ll build CRM workflows within
Braze across email, SMS, App Push, and Direct Mail, identifying opportunities
for segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
You’ll also collaborate with key stakeholders, including
our Biddable Media Lead, Omni-Channel Marketing Manager, and Digital Analytics
Manager, to align our CRM efforts with our broader marketing campaigns.
Additionally, you’ll manage relationships with our agency partners, ensure we
leverage the full capabilities of our platforms, and stay ahead of CRM
innovations to enhance our marketing strategy.
Skills You Need
* Minimum 5 years' experience in CRM, Marketing Automation,
or Customer Lifecycle Marketing.
* Experience using Braze or similar customer marketing
platforms.
* Strong data analysis skills with a focus on improving
customer engagement and revenue.
* Experience managing stakeholders, collaborating across
teams, and working with agencies.
* A strategic mindset with a passion for optimisation,
automation, and data-led insights.
* Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation,
and lifecycle marketing.
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and adaptable to a
fast-paced environment.
