Description We have a new opportunity for an Information Governance Project Manager to join our team in Oldham on a 12-month fixed term contract. About the role You will project manage the implementation of Information Governance projects, including planning, leading and developing Guinness’s response to the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRS). What we’re looking for You will not only be an experienced Information Governance Practitioner with Project Management knowledge, but you will also have excellent analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to instruct others. You will also be able to demonstrate: Extensive knowledge of Information Governance, Data Protection, Freedom of Information and Records Management requirements. Experience of managing complex projects. Highly structured and organised with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms, for differing stakeholders (including business stakeholders. Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Desirable: Knowledge of Social Housing. Experience of project management methodologies such as ITIL or Prince2. Essential Qualifications: Educated to Level 6 (degree level or equivalent) or higher.
