Job Title: SEN Tutor Job Duties: Provide individualised academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop and implement tailored teaching strategies to meet the unique learning needs of each student Create engaging and interactive lessons to enhance student understanding and retention of key concepts Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary to ensure academic growth Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support student learning and development Required Qualifications: Experience working with students with SEN Strong understanding of SEN principles and best practises Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of different learning styles and teaching techniques Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Strong organisational and time management skills Patience and empathy when working with students with SEN Working Conditions: Part-time hours, flexible schedule Work primarily in a classroom or one-on-one setting with students Potential for remote or online teaching All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
