Your Job
1. Actively participate in implementation of D365 Finance and Operations. Work with external vendor that will be assisting with rollout to help understand the setup, configure, and test the system.
2. Become extremely knowledgeable in the setup and configuration of D365 Finance and Operations.
3. Work with business stakeholders and users to understand their needs and requirements and design, configure and implement the system to meet their needs.
4. Leverage technology expertise and prior experience, translate business processes, master data and other operational knowledge into requirements.
5. Document global standards and streamline the process to set up and configure companies that are moving onto the D365 platform, so it can be a repeatable process
6. Meet with decision makers, system owners and end users to define business, financial and operations requirements and system goals and identify and resolve system issues.
7. Able to manage small projects by identifying issues, requirements and putting together project plans to track and manage.
8. Create system modules, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide directions to system programmers.
9. Provide orientation and training to end users.
10. Maintain systems documentation by writing and updating procedures.
11. Interface with users as well as senior and executive staff levels with the highest level of professionalism.
12. Establish corporate governance. Maintain SOX and legal regulations when implementing and supporting systems
Your Profile
13. Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) experience required
14. ERP implementation experience is a must
15. Additional experience with Dynamics AX a plus
16. Prior consulting background in the Microsoft Partner channel is a plus, but not necessary
17. Experience in a Controller, Accounting Manager, CFO, or Finance Systems Analyst type role preferred
18. Experience with solutions architecture, design, and configuration of F&O systems
19. Ability to gather requirements, support customers, and translate technical concepts to non-technical client stakeholders
20. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus
21. Must be able to work EST hours
