My client is a leading investment bank with a strong presence in the financial services industry with offices in the City of London and are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join and provide technical support to their European user base.
The Role
You will play a crucial role in maintaining a stable IT environment and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality IT support to employees across Europe
* Collaborate with global support and infrastructure teams
* Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently
* Expand technical expertise to support diverse hardware and software
* Identify opportunities for system improvements
* Provide basic user training and identify training needs
* Manage and respond to support tickets within SLAs
* Offer technical support for a range of systems and applications, including:
o Active Directory (Azure/On-Prem), Microsoft Exchange (Online/On-Prem), SCCM, Intune, McAfee, Microsoft Office 365, Windows, iOS, and Android devices
o Desktops, printers, and peripherals
o Cisco VOIP, including CUCM administration
o Voice recording systems
o Standard and specialized software
o Market data products and custom applications
* Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
