They are now seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join their team in Bristol. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new role, manage day-to-day office operations, and collaborate closely with senior leaders in a rapidly expanding business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Organise office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
* Act as the main point of contact for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including transport and accommodation.
* Partner with HR to maintain and update office policies as necessary.
* Work closely with the IT department to manage all office equipment.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing with office vendors, service providers, and for the office lease. Ensure invoices are processed and paid on time.
* Provide general support to visitors.
* Create PowerPoint presentations and assist with other materials for senior leaders.
* Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments.
* Oversee office services to ensure smooth operations.
* Assist with recruiting staff for the office and lead onboarding and training of new employees.
* Organise company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
* Contribute to the team’s overall goals and support other internal departments as needed.
