Support Worker Sleep in nights Client based in: Wokingham We are recruiting for a Support Worker for our client in Wokingham, hours required are 10pm - 7am (sleep in nights). This role is to provide supervisory and companionship care for our young adult client with a brain injury. Your role: Your role will be to deliver a high quality of care to our clients in their own home, this many include medication management (assisting and administrating), personal care and hygiene, helping with duties around the house, and being an emotional support.
