Your future, your role
As a Regional Marketing Manager, you'll be:
* Driving marketing initiatives and supporting individual dental practices across multiple areas to accelerate business growth.
* Building strong relationships with Director of Operations (DORs) and Area Development Managers (ADMs) to understand challenges and develop tailored marketing plans for practices.
* Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities and providing regular reports for steercos and regional meetings.
* Overseeing the execution of digital marketing initiatives for practices, ensuring effectiveness and continuous improvement.
* Managing and developing your team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Your skills:
* Marketing experience (5+ years).
* Experience managing and driving a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and marketing tools such as CMS platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
* Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
