As Finance Data Administrator, you will: Maintain Accurate Financial Data – Manage and update financial records and systems to ensure data integrity, consistency, and timely processing of information. Support Reporting Processes – Assist in generating regular financial reports, dashboards, and data extracts for internal stakeholders, aiding in strategic and operational decision-making. Data Reconciliation – Perform reconciliations across various finance systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies to support audit readiness and compliance. System Administration – Support the configuration and maintenance of finance-related systems, ensuring smooth data flow between platforms. Collaboration with Finance Teams – Work closely with colleagues in finance, data, and technology to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring. Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all data processes comply with financial regulations and internal controls, maintaining comprehensive records for audit and reporting purposes. We’re seeking someone with: Financial Data Management – Experience handling financial datasets with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. System & Software Proficiency – Proficient in financial systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, accounting platforms, databases) and comfortable learning new digital tools. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to spot errors, trends, and opportunities in data. Communication & Teamwork – Effective communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally with finance and systems teams. Organisational & Time Management – Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple data streams simultaneously.
